Oyster Omelet

Bagoong Fried Rice
I have written here that I prefer raw oysters, but if there's none available and I'm eating it with rice, then an oyster omelet would somehow fix the craving.  The delicate flavor of oysters was perfectly complemented by the tasty bagoong (shrimp paste) fried rice.  It was a delicious meal at Penang Hill in Shangri-la.

I'm sure they can put anything in an omelet and they did with the oyster.

Would you order it again?

I love Bagoong Rice! Am not too fond of Oyster Omelet because the ones I tried were always greasy but this one doesn't look too oily. Happy FTF!

We've eaten at Penang Hill, too, and we also liked the oyster omelet, but we paired it with Pineapple Fried Rice. Sarap no? Happy FTF! Here's my entry: http://www.delightmyappetite.com/2011/08/food-trip-friday-mongkok/
