Sky-Watch, Friday: sunrise in Mauban

Sunrise in Mauban on Maundy Thursday. Heavy clouds loomed at the horizon. I prayed for clear skies to grace our one hour boat ride to Cagbalete Island, and voila!

here it is...

After being transplanted here, the sunrise is what I miss most. I grew up in Dgte and our house is just a few blocks away from the "boulevard". Every vacation trip, I surely do not miss this on my early walks. Your photos are just breath taking. This post is what brought me here, but I just can't help reading the older posts.

Beautiful photos, loved them all. I always enjoy seeing the sea sparkle when the sun rays reflects on the waters, even more glaring than diamonds, lovely!

If you just ask from the universe what you want for, then it surely won't fail you. Great shots and hope I could visit Cagbalete soon.

That must have been very inspirational boat ride then. Fresh sea air and open skies, there is nothing better!
