what a nice place to visit, sis!re: bam-iin my opinion the bihon is just comprised of bihon - the transparent vermecilli. just bihon. Maging bam-i sya when it is cooked with the pancit canton (the white noodles)I guess the one i posted for FTF last weekend was bam-i but nalimutan ko na bam-i pala. Bihon ay pancit lang kasi ang masyado kung familiar...and also the pancit canton ng lucky me. heheheFood quote will be up in awhile. =)
