My friend Mayan's birthday cake---a gift from her husband.  This was a lovely dessert after the scrumptious dinner.

I love chocolate---who doesn't?    This fusion of dark chocolate and chili intrigued my taste buds.  And it didn't disappoint...Chilli Chocolate gelato excites the senses.  Tantalizing burst of flavors was brought forth from this union.

   

Here's a chocolate bar so decadent, it must be bad for you---my favorite, Chocolate with Bacon.  The salty-sweet taste, the distinct flavors and textures created an exquisite explosion of yummy.  Definitely one of my guilty pleasures.:p

Litratong Pinoy: Tsokolate (chocolate)

Napakasarap ng mainit-init pang tsokoleit brownie na ito ni Mrs. Fields, nakalimutan ko na nagpapapayat pala ako.
This freshly-baked chocolate brownie from Mrs. Fields is so delicious I forgot my resolve to lose weight.

At lalong sumasarap ng brownie kapag ang kapareha ay ang malapot at mainit na tsokolate galing din kay Mrs. Fields.
Mrs. Fields' hot chocolate makes a perfect partner for the brownie.

Ito naman ang mga bite-size na tsokolate na pasalubong ng isang ka-trabaho. Nakatago ang mga ito sa aking drawer at kanina ko lang naalala pagkatapos kong mabasa na tsokolate pala ang tema ngayong Huwebes.
These bite-size chocolates, a gift from a co-worker, are locked away in my drawer and I've forgotten all about it. I remember my stash this morning after reading the chocolate theme for today.

Kapag iniisip ko ang kulay lila, Cadbury Chocolates ang pumapasok sa isipan ko! Dahil siguro matagal-tagal na akong hindi kumakain ng tsokolate, at dahil ang kulay ng Cadbury ay isa sa mga marangyang kulay, pang-royalty 'ika nga. At ano pa nga ba ang karangyaan para sa isang karaniwang tao kung hindi ang magpakasawa sa tsokolate?

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of violet is Cadbury chocolates! And rightly so, because Cadbury's shade of violet denotes luxury and wealth. What could be more luxurious to an ordinary person than binge on chocolates?
