Burgos tidal marsh [Watery and Outdoor Wednesday]

@ mirandablue
We walked through this tidal marsh in Burgos, Ilocos Norte to get to the white rock formations.  This area is near the coast so I would assume this is seawater.  The water here is determined by tidal movement.  Marshes are critically important wildlife habitat, often serving as breeding grounds for a wide variety of animal life.

Luna....I love your photography. The one you posted today has to be a favorite of mine because I just adore see refections in the water pop up in my pictures. It is so exciting. The rocks and the water are beautiful, too.

i would assume this would be the best breeding and hunting grounds for tadpoles. you did see a lot on that weekend roadtrip didn't you? were you able to get some sleep?

great great! you made it there. very few consider it a stop due to the rough road going there. remains a favorite stop for me.

Very nice scenery...I bet is so serene and peaceful.

My Watery photos are about the 'disaster area' in town during a day long rainstorm. Click Here if you'd care to join me today with your visit.
