These were taken at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta in August 2009. I wasn't able to post most of my aquarium shots because I
lost misplaced the USB where I saved my photos and found it around Christmas while rummaging through a box of gift tags and ribbons.
Visiting the Georgia Aquarium was the most interesting day I spent in Atlanta. It's the world's largest aquarium and I have never seen anything like it. I believe these were at the River Scout gallery where a wide variety of animals found in the rivers of Africa, South America and Asia were assembled. The themed environment was beautifully designed, and I got the appreciation of fresh water creatures, even the deadly and venomous.

Hi and happy New Year to you, if I haven't said so.. These fishes, have they sharp teeth and are they quite dangerous..?
I read your post about the Christmas meal your mother made, this food I just love, even though I have not tried especially this recipe.... looks very tasteful! I myself, and my boyfriend, have opened the eye for the healthy tumeric! I've had it in my kitchen for many years, allthough it has not been well known to Norwegians.. but never I knew it was so healthy as I just have heard about and recognized!! :))
Nice days to you! :)
Cool photos from the aqarium, themed environments or habitats are nice to see.
OMG. No thanks ;-)
If you're not a diver, this is the only place you can enjoy the underwater life. I like going to aquariums too.
Glad you found back your USB and your pictures.

I've been wanting to visit this aquarium forever! I live down in Florida and someday soon am going to make the drive up. I really want to see the whale shark and the jelly fish. If you have time, check out my post here www.adventureswithjessica.blogspot.com . I’m trying really hard to increase my number of followers and could use your help! Thanks!
