Light and delectable steamed fish fillet in garlic and soy sauce. My usual dish when I am minding my diet, or when I'm a little pressed for time. Needless to say, this is best eaten with yang chow fried rice.

This dish has always been my favorite whenever the company I worked for have a special occasions catered by Chinese resto.

i had a great steamed fish recipe i got from attending a cooking class back in the 90's. i tried making it at home and it was so delicious. too bad i can't find my copy...
