We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass - grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence...We need silence to be able to touch souls.

Panaderos,
Sorry, i have no idea how old this temple is. But it is the biggest Buddhist temple in Mindanao so I thought it was worth visiting.:D
hi, dong! i also wanted to visit mosques but my friend [from davao] advised me that we might not be allowed to enter because it was a friday, and i was wearing a low-necked sleeveless top.:D
so this temple was a great stopover...and it goes to show that it's possible for christians, muslims, buddhist, etc. to live together peacefully.
lovely picture serene looking there at the temple.
