Mauban pier (part 2) - Watery Wednesday

More watery scenes at Mauban pier taken on Maundy Thursday. Townsfolk were enjoying the early morning sunshine and fresh air at the pier.

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

~ Mark Twain

The last photo reminded me of a scene in The Notebook.

Lovely photos especially the one with waves colliding and smashing into the shoreline.

Out of topic:
By the way, please change my site from The Asian Traveler to An Asian Traveler. I lost my old custom domain. I have now my new web address http://www.anasiantraveler.com . Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

great scenery. napaka laid-back ng lugar na to at simple lang talaga mga tao. makitid pero malinis din streets nila.

ito pala nakalimutan ko i-post. got some pics from mauban port too. hope to share them one of these days.

Lovely scenic post. My favourite is the first picture with the water breaking against the pier. The quote you had added was great - and so true.
Your header photo is particularly stunning.

Nakakatuwa naman yang Malagonlong Bridge nakatayo pa hanggang ngayon. At ang magkumare, in fairness nakakapaglaba pa sa ilog ha.

I love your Mark Twain quote. Kaya panay ang adventure ko ngayon with my kids kasi life is short.

Happy Thursday!

Very pretty location and that water looks wonderful, such a wonderful blue. I wouldn't mind being the standing there taking those shots. :-)
