Why this special sushi dish is named after an American movie was not clear to me. At least it's not some unpronounceable assortment of raw fish, and yes, it tastes good. This Jurassic Roll is from Sushi-Ya, a sushi roll made of crunchy shrimp, cream cheese, avocado and raw eel. It's rolled in rice and nori (a sheet of pressed, dried seaweed), and topped with masago (smelt fish roe). The green paste is wasabi, a Japanese horseradish paste that is mixed into the soy sauce where you dip your sushi.

As long as it's sushi, never mind the name, I would eat it. hmmm.... I wonder why it's called Jurassic Roll.
I find it hard to enjoy sushi and sashimi without wasabi. It is the period at the end of a sentence LOL.
