Three bridges and a lizard

@ mirandablue
There are three bridges here and a lizard about to jump off the bridge!

I'm kidding about the lizard, of course.  I didn't notice it until it crawled across my windshield.  Poor little thing.  As for the bridges, these three are at the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and C5 Road, a 19.7-kilometer beltway which stretches from Taguig City to Quezon City in Metro Manila.  I was on Ortigas Avenue going east, on my way home on a late Saturday afternoon...traffic flow was slow as usual.

The Ortigas Avenue interchange is one-way from the east going west to EDSA, north and south to C5 Road---my usual route when going to work.  The skyway is a two-way bridge along C5 that crosses over the Ortigas Avenue interchange.

Not very appealing all these new skyways and byways, are they? But they do seem to be easing our traffic just a bit. I wonder if they can keep up with the number of new cars coming onto our roads... Poor little gecko... wonder how on earth he got there on your windshield...

Three in onem = a "hat trick". So here we have a "hat trick" plus a lizard! A unique contribution to Sunday Bridges!

At one of our bridges, we have lizards marked on the concrete. It prevents graffitti. I don't go there a lot, next time I do, i will try to take a photo.

Interesting... a bridge going under a bridge. I also see things in my photos that I never realized were there.

Oh poor little thing. I love the composition of this photo and the truck on the right. Or is it a bus maybe?

i was looking for the lizard on the pic before reading your post. kala ko wala lang ako makita talaga. ang alam ko buwaya meron jan sa intersection pag nagkamali ka ng pagda-drive.

I thought that was some kind of art installation and wondered how distracting it could be!

LOL! Sidney, how's "Lunatica butikita" sounds to you?:p

Francisca, the skyways and flyovers seem to make our streets narrower and darker. but they do ease the traffic, and that's a good thing.:p
