I was meeting friends for dinner on Sunday and I tried to get to the bay walk earlier to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, I made a wrong turn somewhere and got here a few minutes after sunset. How did it get so late so soon?

ReplyDeleteWonderful photos and a great quote by John Muir.
ReplyDeleteI know that a minute is always 60 seconds long, but I swear that time speeds up during sunrise and sunset! You still managed to capture a tremendous amount of beauty in your photos, late or not (and I think that most if not all things happen with perfect timing anyway, even if we can't see that). :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the strings and dots of little lights below the sky, they add a touch of magic!
And I couldn't agree more with Mr. Muir - an eloquent and important reminder that's long been a favorite Muir quote of mine (and he had so many great ones!)
Such wonderful photos!
