Fruit Salad

A simple dessert I made for Noche Buena--a cocktail of fruits with lots of sweet corn and peaches, topped with cheese and grapes.  Oh, I also added raisins and diced dates---how's that for sugar rush?

Wishing you a peaceful and prosperous New Year!

  2. hi mymy, i used cream and sugar, no condensed milk. condensed milk is too sweet for me, and it makes the dressing watery.:p

  7. Your fruit salad looks delicious! The Noche Buena feast is not complete without salads. I bet most households have either fruit salad, macaroni salad or buko salad last Christmas. Advance Happy New Year! Here's my FTF entry: http://www.delightmyappetite.com/2011/12/food-trip-friday-chefs-quarter/
