Did I tell you that I love appetizers? I demolished these Thai spring rolls in one sitting. My friend was running late for our dinner at Jatujak and while waiting, I munched on these scrumptious spring rolls. Each roll was brimming with flavors of pork, shrimps, cilantro, mushrooms, bean sprouts. The sweet chili sauce is to die for! After I finished 3 rolls, I asked for more sauce, planning to leave the 2 rolls for my friend. But after a few minutes, I reached for the 4th, then the last one. When my friend arrived, I was grinning like a Cheshire cat.:p
i guess i'd have done the same thing, too! lol

There's no better way to eat springs rolls than with sweet chili sauce! I love Thai food.
ReplyDeleteSa chili sauce pa lang, solb na solb na ako! Pero talagang masarap nga ang Thai spring rolls, similar din siya sa Khmer spring rolls.
