Grasses silhouetted against the changing moods of Coron sky.
My beloved is the sun
And I am the earth that thrives only in her warmth.
And I am the earth that thrives only in her warmth.
My beloved is the rain
And I am the grass that thirsts for her quenching kiss.
And I am the grass that thirsts for her quenching kiss.
My beloved is the wind
And I am the wings that soar when she fills me with her gentle strength.
My beloved is the rock
Upon which rests the happiness of all my days.
And I am the wings that soar when she fills me with her gentle strength.
My beloved is the rock
Upon which rests the happiness of all my days.
The moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself. ~ Henry Miller

ReplyDeleteThe quote by Henry Miller is oh! So true .... lovely captures .... you've managed clear foreground subject with equal distance clarity .... I'm still working on that.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos (and lovely words!) I love silhouettes of trees or grasses against a beautiful sky, and these are some stunners. Each time I thought, "This one's my favorite" I'd move to the next and think, "No, maybe this one is," and back and forth between the three before surrendering to the wonderful fact I can't choose a favorite. They're all sublime! :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors and tone. Have a great weekend!
