Adobo ni Jake Espesyal


Don't ask...I don't know who Jake is, either.  He's probably the chef who concocted this dish.  This is pork adobo topped with adobo flakes and fried saba on the side.  I don't remember anything special about this adobo aside from its attractive plating, the meat was also a bit tough.  Adobo ni Jake is made famous at KKK Food Revolution.


KKK has a friendly staff who gamely posed for me.:p

    ay ganun? medyo disappointing pala itong Adobo ni Jake Espesyal kasi other than the plating, wala naman palang phenomenal sa kanya :D

    We have so many versions of adobo and yet lahat sila masarap! (kahit iilang versions lang natikman ko :P)

    ang ganda ng presentation...sayang it wasn't that spectacular. parang gusto ko tuloy kumain ng adobo...pero siguro chicken nalang kasi ubos na pork sa ref. lol.

    I love adobo, it is my fave food so as my family. I am sorry your pork adobo is not what the taste you wanted :-( blame it to Jake :-) Dropping some love for FTF, hope that you can return the favor too.

    It does look appetizing, too bad hindi siya ganun kasarap. Sayang lang effort ng food styling.
