Dreaming of dried squid

Yes, I literally dreamed of munching dried squid.  So I woke up earlier than usual--cooked fried rice, and while coffee was brewing, I made scrambled eggs and fried some dried pusit from Roxas City.  Dried squid from Roxas City is not salty, unlike the ones from Cebu and Palawan.  This is the breakfast of champions!:p

  4. scrambled egg is the one we always have but the squid, you made me so jealous, havn't had it for more than a year! looks really crunchy and sounds so delicious! yumm! anyway, wishing you a great weekend. :)

  13. I love crispy fried dried squid, the ones that are a teeny bit sweet; even better with vinegar chili dipping sauce and scrambled eggs. Breakfast of champions indeed!:)
