Rock formations [Watery & Outdoor Wednesday]

Spotted these rock formations by the beaches of Santa in Ilocos Sur, along the Manila North Road.  This is the South China Sea and the dramatic beachscape greeted this weary traveler as soon as we passed the boundary.  This was a beautiful rest stop to perk up the trip to Ilocandia.
