A hanging bridge at the Forest Camp in Valencia, 11 kilometers west of Dumaguete City. Forest Camp is a 2.3-hectare mountain resort at the foot of Mount Talinis. It has guest houses, a campsite, a conference hall and a pool cascading from Banica River.

I would like to cross that bridge, that would be a challenge! As long as it's not windy... :)
ReplyDeleteWhat fun to cross! Well, until someone decides to jump around and make the thing sway. Nice green scenery!
ReplyDeleteI like this kind of bridge as long as it doesn't sway too much and as long as it isn't up too too high. The Camp looks like a fun place. MB
ReplyDeleteIt looks amazing - I would like to be there:)
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!
Hah! I have some form of vertigo and my knees go weak when I look down too far, and yet I love to cross these hanging bridges in the Philippines. Haven't seen this one; nice capture, Luna!
ReplyDeleteHi Miranda! Great shots of a great country! the hanging bridge looks very interesting, I never had the chance to walk across such a thing. the picture has a wonderful depth ... greetings from Austria (no kangaroos here, we have Lipizans instead!)
ReplyDeleteHi my friend,
ReplyDeleteYour bridge is simply lovely.
Best regards from Argentina

ReplyDeleteHanging bridges, they are always such fun to cross. Great shots.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful hanging bridge. How deep is below?
ReplyDeleteWonderful bridge, very picturesque!
ReplyDeleteI have a big laugh of myself! This is my hometown and I have not been here! My friend did the feasibility study of Forest Camp before it started construction. Shame on me.
ReplyDeleteI can cross this bridge, it is not that high, I could see the river.
Appropriately rustic - «Louis» would like to cross it and visit the camp.
ReplyDelete«Louis» appreciates your contributions to Sunday Bridges.
ReplyDeleteThis rustic bridge looks like it would be fun to cross - as others have said - as long as its not swaying.
;-D
@ Photo Cache, not high--just about 15 feet. not scary at all.:p
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful bridge. Great shot.

Bravo for posting this bridge so unique in our culture. I often dream crossing this kind of bridge.
ReplyDeleteCool, I love hanging bridges. Nice view of the river.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely bridge. I would love to visit there someday. I can't believe how gorgeous it is. Enjoy it for me until I get there!
ReplyDeleteI almost went there years ago. My brother had served a mission for the LDS church in Manila and he was going back when they dedicated the LDS temple. I made the mistake of not going. Wish I had, it is so beautiful
You get to cross the most interesting bridges.
ReplyDeleteDoes it sway back and forth? I might never make it to the camp!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun bridge... so perfectly quaint... you would have to see the mystery of the other side:-)
ReplyDeleteBella
Looks really nice. I'd love to visit - it's so lush and the bridge has got character.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look as though it's too high up, so it would be my kind of bridge to walk over.
ReplyDeleteGill in Canada
These scare me as I suffer from motion sickness easily. But I like to look at them!!
ReplyDeleteI've been there a long time ago. This photo brings back a LOT of memories, especially about eating kamayan style. :)
