Fish Fillet with Ham
Boneless fish fillet is quite versatile---whether the recipe is as simple as this poached fish fillet with ham in sweet ginger sauce, or as complex as a rolled or stuffed fillet with a compound sauce.
oh wow ... that looks really good! i wouldn't have thought of adding ham to fish fillet, though ... maybe smoked salmon could be added instead; or maybe mushroom. but that's just me. lol
appreciate your playing again, LM enjoy the rest of the weekend
Hmm... This is new to me. I haven't tried fish fillet with ham or with other meat yet. Must be good!
