Food Friday: pork spareribs

My first Food Friday---smoky pork spareribs slathered with barbecue sauce, served with mashed potato and peaches (cooked in whiskey). Perfect for holiday dinner. Shared this whole slab with my friend S at Claw Daddy after our 5-kilometer brisk walk on Sunday night (we rewarded ourselves after all that sweat!).

  3. It looked good but I think it will taste better if you drink the whiskey instead. Actually that is how I enhance my taste bud - after 3 or 4 shots of whiskey, everything tastes good and everybody looks good, too. LOL. Just kidding. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  6. I usually take a 6-7 miles walk everyday and I'll love a treat like that, spiked with a double shot of whiskey, at the end of my walk.

  12. bertn, if i'd have whiskey as appetizer, i am probably asleep before dessert is served.:D my taste buds are functioning pa naman...i sometimes wish my taste buds would take a vacation para mawalan naman ako ng gana especially during the holidays (hehehe). the walking is enough appetizer...i visualize food to keep me motivated.:D
