Sky Watch Friday: Boracay sunset

Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan
"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart. Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. Let me hold you while I may, for it may not always be so. One day I shall dig my nails into the earth, or bury my face in the pillow, or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky and want, more than all the world, your return."
~ Mary Jean Iron

  15. I hope you're son has fully recovered, G. Yes, Boracay was very different 10 years ago. These days, especially at the peak of summer, you cannot hear yourself in Boracay. There's no dull moment in the island with all the bars and restaurants, and internet cafes.:D The beach is still pristine...except after the storm last weekend. There were a lot of debris, and boats destroyed by the storm. But the locals are all pitching in to clean up the mess left behind by the storm.

I hope you'd get a chance to visit Boracay someday. Thanks for droppin' by.:D
