Stop and smell the roses - Ruby Tuesday

The sight of flowers makes my heart flutter in a way that some women feel when they see a shoe sale or a sexy guy smiling across the room.

While on a business trip in Seattle, I took time to smell the roses, literally, at the University of Washington.

I could only imagine how well the roses grow in the pacific northwest with all the rain they are getting.

Happy new work week.

Hi Luna, long time no see. I am glad you enjoyed your visit at the U of Washington. Thank you for the nice photo tour below.
You do have to watch people in the States who out of the blue just grab you. I would have screamed!
Aren't the flowers on our west coast pretty? My grandmother lived in Oregon and when we would visit her we would see the prettiest flowers.
We also ate the best seafood there, I am thinking you had a lot of good seafood too.
Happy RT, thank you for your visit and comment. Yes, it is a blast to drive those old cars most any place. Believe it or not, the one in front was in a Houston parade not too many years back.

Hi, Luna, I could imagine the scent around you with those lovely roses! I love the second shot, it has a very nice composition. When you come back to the US, and by chance be in the SoCal area, just let us know!

The roses are so pretty! If they are in Asian countries, they would probably be picked clean. :P
